If you have a complaint that cannot be managed by ignoring someone, both with your mail filter and by just a mental filter, then send a note to "support" on the profile side of the site. Be prepared to explain exactly why ignoring the person will not work. Keep in mind also that ANY attention you pay to the other person such as making posts like this or responding to rude e-mail will guarantee that you will get even more abrasive behavior from them.
