of the 2 exes the one that lives locally -it isnt possible to be friends. anyhow- he seen me on my property- which is a few doors down from where he and i rented for 7 years. Jim told Bob, when asked- oh yeah he bought it and paid 90k. Bob said where did he get the money? the reply "you know Roger" meanwhile Bob rents a room above a dive bar- [im impressed he did not say that isnt a 90k house]
