Yesterday after watching some CBT videos from fetishlady.at i decided to try it on my own. To understand more pain and suffering of slaves on screen. I tied my balls tight at the base and added some weight. Fiirst about 1 kilo then 2 kilos. At my suprise it was really nothing. Light pain. Nothing special. I was prepared for great pain... later browsing this topic on internet i found out that only sharp blows, like kicks and slaps really hurt. Anyone has experiences in CBT to share with me. I am neither submissive nor male so can only give you my perspective from performing CBT on others. Hope it helps somewhat.

First, I do not think you can get a truly accurate assessment of CBT by doing it on yourself. You can get an idea but it's not the same. Imagine if you will a dominant to whom you are attracted whispering in your ear, setting you up, telling you what will happen to you, how you will take it, pushing your buttons. The actual physical act is one thing but the build up, the anticipation, excitement and fear can make the experience that much more intense.

Next, everyone's tastes and pain threshhold is different. What one person can take without so much as a flinch another would be doubled over in pain. It is difficult to assess what could be painful or pleasurable unless I was doing it. Sure, there are the typical things but how one reacts to it will vary greatly from person to person.

I too am new here but I've had quite a bit of experience in self inflicting CBT. Some of my more extreme sessions include the use of numerous wasps and bees held by their wings and pressed into the offending flesh until they stung. I have taken 30 stings from wasps and 10 from bees in one night on my balls, cock, cock head, nipples, and anal ring. On a scale of 1 to 10 about a 7.
