I don't know why American Idol is so popular.

Who can sing the loudest and stay on key usually wins.

Just my opinion: anyone agree with me?

In that case, I should be able to win it as apparently I am loud and in tune. Though it sounds like a cat being strangled, it is in tune.

However, I suppose being American is likely a requisite qualification for entry, along with an absence of likelihood to go berserker on Simon Cowell.

I don't watch it, I don't care about it. I am a fan of Clay Aiken and Carrie Underwood, not because they were on American Idol, but, because they sang songs that I enjoyed and do enjoy listening too.

When I do catch a few min of it, I ONLY stick around for Simon, I love that man, he is brilliant.

Hmmmm....someone needs to tell Reuben Studdard and Taylor Hicks to start singing louder.[8|]
