Greetings...
My name as known within the lifestyle is Cavalier and I reside in Las Vegas, Nevada with my slave, ally, and our youngest child.
I have been actively involved in the alternative lifestyle community for about 8 years, most of which have been spent learning about and practicing what is known as an M/s lifestyle. My first slave was kira and although we no longer share an M/s relationship, she is still an important part of my life and remains one of my dearest friends. I have owned the slave ally for six years now and we continue to cultivate a rewarding and challenging absolute Master/slave way of life. For approximately 6 months during 2002, I also owned a girl who was known to me as lily. She has since gone her own way as she found that at this point in her life, surrender is no longer a preferable choice for her. ally and I came to collarme.com as we have been (for nearly 4 years) searching for another slave for my home, one who is interested in a 24/7 long term, M/ss relationship that will involve love, mutual respect, and of course the clearly defined roles of Master & slaves. While we have not yet found her, we do hope that when we do, the relationship we build together will become something greater than the sum of its parts. I have also, over the years, spent some time mentoring both Masters and slaves in the lifestyle - from beginners to those who just seek to learn something new, I enjoy imparting what knowledge I have to others and gaining new insight return from them as well.
I am in the gaming business here in Las Vegas, having worked both as a casino supervisor and a dealer in various casinos here in town. Prior to my gaming career I spent many years as a professional musician and music instructor. I am a pianist, having been formally trained and I have been playing for over 40 years. I spent most of my professional music career both singing and playing piano in lounges and supper clubs, performing contemporary, jazz, and standards. In addition to performing, I spent a large number of years doing studio work, functioning as both engineer and artist and ran my own, extensive and private recording studio.
In the past several years, I have taken an interest in computers and network administration and attended college to further my education. I enjoy computers and using them for both practical and entertainment purposes. In fact, it is how I met my girl ally and many other people that I have come to call "friend."
Another of my hobbies is the collection and practical use of quality firearms. I have been familiar with them since I was a small child, growing up in rural Oklahoma and continue to enjoy shooting today at various target facilities here in town. Thus the name, Cavalier - by Webster's definition is a gentleman schooled in the knowledge of weapons and horsemanship - both of which I enjoy.
I have spent some time pursuing the study of the spiritual and metaphysical, focusing primarily on the Kabalah and the ritual practices found therein. I enjoy the teachings of Donald Michael Kraig as well as other prolific authors/teachers.
Throughout the past seven years, I have come to know lifestyle people from all walks of life and who live by many different philosophies. One of which I have spent some considerable time learning of is the Gorean philosophy. As a man who is not largely concerned with labels, I do not claim that mantle and probably never will but I have found there to be some common ground between the philosophy to be found there and that which I have already practiced for many years. I was also involved in the local BDSM community for several years, attending various functions to further my knowledge and network of colleagues, acquaintances, and friends. Currently, I am only active on a more private and personal level, preferring to spend my time with a small group of like-minded individuals whom both ally and I are fortunate to call friends. I am one who prefers quality over quantity.
When it comes to the life that I live with my slave, ally, I accept no less than her absolute surrender to me and my complete ownership of her. While I do provide her with a loving and nurturing environment in which to grow, she is held to the vows she spoke when she first begged to be owned by me - vows in which she surrendered wholly and completely to me with the understanding that she no longer has the right to choose and that she belongs to me. It is a learning process for us both as life always is, however, I believe that the path we walk is one that fulfills us - not only in matters of the body and heart but in a profound and more primal manner as well.
My time online is limited but if you do chance to find me there, you will discover that I am no different online than I am offline. I do not make a distinction between the two (i.e. virtual time and real time ) as I am true to my own nature (and quite comfortable in my own skin) wherever it is that I travel and the internet is no different.
I wish you well,
M. Cavalier.
