Interesting article here........ NEW YORK - It’s a question that often prompts a boastful answer or a bashful one: How many sex partners have you had? Now the federal government says it has authoritative statistics, documenting that men are far more likely to play the field than women. A new nationwide survey, using high-tech methods to solicit candid answers on sexual activity and illegal drug use, finds that 29 percent of American men report having 15 or more female sexual partners in a lifetime, while only 9 percent of women report having sex with 15 or more men. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/19374216 I've had a whopping total of four. Unlike Wilt Chamberlain, I did not make note of every one of my sexual partners over the course of my lifetime. It would be impossible to retrace my steps and come up with any kind of accurate number. I'm a slut - I like that about me.

In college, I had two roommates who decided they wanted to see if they could "do" every guy on our "brother-floor" and actually kept a chart documenting their progress. Evidently it was a challenge issued between the two of them as to who would be the first person to their goal. I spent a lot of time sleeping in the lounge that year. juliet

I am not ashamed to admit that I once lived a very "loose" life- using sex as a way to heal other problems I was dealing with...I have slept with over 10 partners but I won't say just how much over- thankfully, most of them were protected and I don't have any sexual transmitted diseases and have learned how to heal problems without sex and regained my self-esteem.[:)]

I don't think how many sexual partners you have/ had makes you anything less than a human...we all come from diff'rent backgrounds and only one man can judge me ...God.

I agree, Krissi, whether one has had a lot of partners, or none, that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with whether they're a good person or not.

There were many times that I slept with men just to kill the lonliness..I would have much rather spent the night laying in their arms...That is why I love my Daddy so much- sex is not a given- we spent a few hours recently just watching tv together, cuddling..i lov it.

i guess we all have different reasons for having sex and definitely its a good way to forget for a while the other issues we may be facing.... ive always seen it as a new adventure and experience and a chance to learn something new and, of course, share something incredible with someone else (also a great way to get rid of migraines and other pain!) i took a test. it said im 90% slut (the other 10% is yet to be discovered lol) http://www.okcupid.com/slut ;pxxx
