greetings Free, sweet slaves

a girl was assigned the following on june 23rd:

Master Dane:
dew, go start a Collarme forum topic in the "Miscellaneous" section or whatever they call it
make it about the proper uses or lack thereof for zucchini

a girl proposed zuchini skin as warts for halloween costumes, in a plethora of recipes (including zuchini bread and as a layer in roast vegetable casserole--add a dab of butter and a bit of both grated and shredded parmesan to your favorite vegetables)

she eagerly awaits both the response of said Master and those of any other respondents.

I thought the zucchini was primarily used as a masturbatory aid. [8|]

[:)] Your a regular Martha Stewart aren't you?  If my slave did that I would have to laugh and commend him on being so clever.  Then I would spank his ass for being a smartass and make him redo the assignment.  But I would still be rather amused.  Let's hope your Master has a good sense of humor.  Good Luck!

Soup. It appears in several excellent soups. With peas.

Zuchini!? Ack!

My favorite zuchini story comes from a time we were at a Japanese steakhouse, where the cook prepares the meal on the giant griddle in front of you. He chopped up this and that, and as he did, he would say sweet and sour pork from TaiPei, and this and this from another place, and here this is from Okinawa. Well I don't care for squash or zuchini, but he had both on the platter, whole, and began to chop, the squash first, then the zuchini, and he said, "Now for the squash and zuchini from Winn Dixie." We all laughed so hard our eyes were watery. He had been so serious, then out of the blue, a small joke, said just the same as the other words had been, but not the same. It was great.

And I still didn't eat the zuchini, but it made it fun.

did you know that crook-necked yellow zucchini kinda hurts if you try to masturbate with the curly part?

LOL! I've never been one to use food during sex, but if I ever do...i'll have to rmember this. Thanks for the warning.

Anywhoo....I love zucchini fried with yellow squash, onions and fatback. If ya ain't got fatback, bacon bits work to. :P I would also agree with checking out cooks.com. They have some rather tastey dishes.

greetings Masters, Mistresses, sweet slaves

well, she thought of adding it's use as a masturbatory aid, but frankly, cucumbers work sooooooo much better, as long as you can take off all the nasty ucky wax... and they don't have the scratchy parts that might lead to cuts and infection.
*nods nods nods*

thank You for the suggestions.  she doesn't quite know how the topic in the room turned to zuchini, but it is never a good idea to argue with a Master...

oh, and the only reason she's knows about them as warts is because the props and costumes funds for the plays never covered more than a third of initial projections, so... creativity wins, even if the actors hate wearing zuchini skin *grin*

thank You all for the comments.  a girl was rather surprised to see so many people had viewed the thread, let alone responded.  just goes to show that the Master knows what He is talking about.  *mumbles to self while scampering back to the Inn*

oh, it also works fantastically as an alternative to children that don't want to eat broccolli.  it makes anything other than cabbage or brussels sprouts suddenly seem ok

Yellow squash or zucchini is great sliced about a 1/4 inch thick or less, salt and pepper, then coat in plain cornmeal, then fry it.  YUMMY!

As to getting the wee ones (or big un's) to like broccoli or cauliflower, coat it in a rich cheese sauce.  Steam the veggies till tender.  For the cheese sauce, use 1 tablespoon of butter, melt slowly over a low-medium heat and add in 1/4 cup heavy cream, then start adding your shredded cheese, stirring to melt.  Stop adding when it's the consistency you want, then pour over the veggies, or add them to the pot of cheese sauce and stir.  Cheddar is usually the best for this, but get creative and you can create a rich cheese sauce for a variety of dishes uses different cheeses.

Brussel sprouts I just love steamed with lots of butter.  Crumbled bacon on top makes it even yummier. [:)]

Veggies make ya purty dontcha know! [sm=preen.gif] [;)]
