Okay, we had a discussion on another forum about what you might see in a person's shopping cart. Mine would be:

ground beef
whole chicken to roast
eye of round steaks
medium cut pork chops
swiss cheese
mozzarella cheese
cabbage
lettuce
broccoli
string beans
shrimp
talapia filets
eggs
bottled water
sour cream
olive oil
bellpeppers
pecans
diet coke w/o caffeine

pop tarts are nasty..blah. soo dry and way too sweet....i LOVE the Fiber 1 bars especially the peanut butter ones or even better is the Kashi flax seed / pumpkin spice granola bars

Well....we could go with my shopping list from yesterday I suppose...

bananas
swiss cheese
parmesan cheese
raspberry yogurt (organic...plus no sugar and no gelatin)
raisins
*shit...just remembered I forgot the bulgur wheat!*
a Mac computer magazine
a couple of frozen dinners...*ahem* :)

hmmmm...got my list from yesterday right here.  supermarket is usually for junk food, get most of my 'healthy' stuff from Trader Joe's...

milk
bread (whole wheat and buttermilk)
mayo
turkey & ham for sandwiches
granola bars

bottle of vodka
bacon
drinking water
muesli cereal
salad dressing
ground sirloin
chicken
frozen waffles
life cereal

it was a clever package with three different flavors, all in single-serving sizes.  what can I say, the UMs talked me into it!
