Ok Micheal Jackson is close to ending his Trial!
When does a Celeberty go to far??
And when should someone be paid for the Celeberties Mistake?

This Subject below is dealing with Russel Crows latest incident~~

Well Micheal Jackson was not Guilty~??
Was he or was he not??
Did He get off, or was he Innocent??

Maybe Celeberties do go to far and get off

Maybe it's impossible to say without a transcript of the trial? What do YOU think--and what evidence do you use to form your opinion?

Following celebrities and following court cases are two of America's weirdest pastimes. So when a celebrity is involved in a court case, it's like a double-dose of crap-media.

I'd state that another way: if you DON'T have enough money for a competent defense, you're liable to be convicted of a crime you didn't commit. We agree that there's injustice in the justice system, but I think we see the problem from opposite ends.

I'm not sure I want to get into the O.J. argument, but the State's case against him was crappy. That doesn't mean he was innocent; it means that the prosecution didn't present strong enough evidence for a guilty verdict. Of course O.J. would have been convicted--on crappy and tainted evidence--if he didn't have some of the best lawyers that money could buy.

I'm sure these are the only 2 people ever prosecuted in the US, the guilt of whom you are convinced of, and they got off.
It sure sucks when the justice system continues to tip in favor of people like these.. [sm=rolleyes.gif] M

What was wrong with those two juries, anyways? Didn't they know that Jackson and OJ were already convicted in the court of Public Opinion? Sheesh, maybe we should do away with juries altogether and determine guilt or innocence by polling the public.
