I'm supprised no one has mentioned ball stretching or ball crushing, both fun activities. Something that works on most guys, is to take a brush with fairly soft bristles, and run it from side to side across the tip of the penis while you hold the shaft in place.  Don't use a stiff bristled brush or you will just tear up the head.  It may not seem like that would be that painful, but many cocks are incredibly sensitive to something like that.  Try it and see if your sub doesn't squirm.  Do it fast and it can build up alot of heat, and cause some minor abrasions (like rope burns).  If the penis is slightly wet, it is even more sensitive to this.  If you do this after an orgasm, I can’t imagine a guy taking it without safe wording.

Another thing that is useful is a tie (as in shirt and tie).  You can tie this around the balls, and the lead a guy around by it.  There is no pinching, or risk of cutting.  There is no risk of a ball twisting and being injured.  Just a solid pull on the testicles.  Use it to hold a guy’s testicles in place as you slap them.  Hang weights from it.  I have found it to be more effective than parachutes. My #1 all time session involved being led around by a tie tied to my balls while blindfolded.

In using an old time baby hair brush, it is very soft or painting brushes.  I often use my gloves--I wear lace, velvet, satin and cotton gloves--the lace does have texture that is rough around the urethra and can give enough sensation around the  entire genital area.
 
Leather gloves, driving (horse) gloves, hunting and dressage gloves have texture as well to handle the genital area, to which can be ready as soon as the hand is free of other items...such as whips, canes and other torture devices.

Harder bristles than a paint brush are ok.  The consistency of a worn out tooth brush is about right.  Just not like a wire brush.  I think the key to maximizing sensation (for me).  Is using something with bristles and going side to side so that the bristles touch the area just inside the penis.  That is where the hyper sensitivity lies.

There's so many ways to torture cocs and balls, usually I would start by tying it up, making sure that it's all separated and sectioned.

I lke using cigarettes to tease, make sure they can feel the heat. maybe some candle wax so it can well up in the cord that sectioning off his penis. then I'd use the blunt end of a scalpul to scrape the wax off, and maybe carefully remove the cord.

Listen to Lady Heart-you want to start SLOW.  I find that men have VERY different pain tolerances in that area.  My personal boy will lean into the bottom of my boot so hard I cannot imagine how his balls don't pop!

All of this is very dangerous, anyone hammering a nail through a penis better be close to the ER. An erect penis is filled with blood under pressure so go figure just how dangerous this is.

ROTFLMAO!  After watching my um's learn to swim with these "limp noodles" and having fights with them in the pool, it's nearly impossible for me to envision being tormented by Majik with one of these!  I doubt I'd be able to quit laughing unless I was totally bound & gagged (even then I bet I'd still be snickering)! [:D]
