Status: offline 		being hung up on and then ignored, i cry until the next call comes through and usually keep crying for awhile.  It's just mentally draining to know that you havn't been pleasing, that at that point in time you feel worthless and know that you just have to submit to the punnishment.

Status: offline 		The very worst and only real punishment was the strap i do not like pain at all so that was an effective punishment for me.  I would not be bratty to get it i hated it.  I learned my lesson.

Status: offline 		well a punishment for me definitely is hearing "I am disappointed in you"...that tears me up inside...

but having a conversation with Master...i kept bringing up that i thought i "deserved to be released" .... well He proceeded to take me inside and get the key to my collar and take it off...wanting to know how i felt...well that was absolute agony...which i was honest in that case...He told me that if that was the case...then that option and phrase of "release" better be stricken from my vocabulary...did i feel it was harsh at the time...YES!!....but later He admitted He did as well..and it was hard for Him to do that as well...but He thought that was the only way for it to get through to me...which it did...and i did learn my lesson...
a good friend and sister....told me..."the hardest lessons are usually the ones W/we never forget"...to me that is absolutely right...i will never forget it.

Status: offline 		Luckily Master has never ignored me, if however He said there will be no comms for 24/48 hours that would be devastating but at least i would know what, why, how and when and that it was just that a punishment and it would be forgotton once served.

Also having once being told 'i am very disappointed in you slave', only made me ensure he never says it to me again, its soul destroying.

I was 1 hour late arriving to a party.. My Dominant tied me to a pole and ordered me not to speak to anybody.. and nobody was allowed to touch me. He mouthed off to me, and as punshment he was made to put on panties, go out to his car (while we were on the phone) and masturbate until he came in his panties. Then, he had to go grocery shopping, wearing the soiled clothes. He has a humilation fetish, and this played into that greatly, but the hard part was that he knew i wasnt happy, and wasnt enjoying it with him. He has never mouthed off to me on the phone since, and in a year, one punishment is pretty good, I think.
Kitten hasnt gotten punished yet, I think hes a little afraid t find out what Imight do if I am angry, being that when I am happy with him I am fairly rough.

Status: offline 		Punishment, can come in so many forms, depending on the intended response one seeks.. it is essentially a teaching aid - punishment and pain do not go hand in hand, however some are more tactile than others. I have been punished once, that was all I will ever need because not only was it physically painful beyond all I had ever known, I had failed Him, become in that moment a  disappointment, which had an even greater effect.

Status: offline 		While I think first of some instances of mental worsts - the physical one just kind of pushes that to the side. For me, the worst was nothing more than just a handful of sand put into my pantyhose, which in two hours was extremely painful as my then Mistress took me shopping in the mall after i had made a comment i should never have made and was two minutes late.

Status: offline 		i don't mind pain for short times, eg spanking or whipping but my worst punishment was when i was cheeky to my first master and he tied me up inside my cage with my legs spread wide and applied toothpaste to my pussy and left me there for 24 hours where i had to wet myself if i needed the toilet, he occaionally giving me a drink but that was the only contact i got

Status: offline 		The worst punishment for me is knowing that my Master is disappointed, and He takes away my ability to serve Him and has me watch as He does everything Himself.  Sure, some may think that it would be a nice break to not do anything..or how is that punishment, but it's in ways that you absolutely love to serve Him and you know that He takes the most pleasure that kills the most.

Whatever the physical componant is comes secondary (although it hurts bad, because I know it's a punishment thing, and so doesn't get me into the 'good mind space'). 

And I deal with it by doing my best to not let him down again.

Status: offline 		The worst punishment I have had was one that never quite happened... My dom had me in a scene for quite some time and I was pretty close to being exhausted and reaching my limits when he whispered to me "Now for your punishment."

I broke down completely, started to cry and beg him not to. He let me stay in that state of mind for a little while, nearly jumping out of my skin at every sound I heard. Unintentionally, it was perfectly timed so that while I was in this state of being, the bells at a nearby church started ringing in a very low, droning sound. I think he almost giggled in delight. But after a while, no more physical punishment came, and instead he petted me and helped relax me. The punishment was not the getting hit, but the mind fu-k of the thought that I was going to be pushed beyond what I could take (which I know would never happen).

The mind is the most powerful tool that can be used on me as a sub and what I imagine can be worse than any other punishment.
