Hello onegoodgirl. Very observant!...but you forgot the one that swears only by candle light and finds the lightbulb to be a non issue. RL.

PS: ok, maybe two!

LOL - Don't shoot the messenger :)

...one to suggest that the light bulb controversy is down to illegal immigrants and to call for the immediate cesation of US foreign aid......

Does anyone find it strange that w/We haven't heard from a lightbulb on this topic?  Is it just a stereotype that makes us think that a l/Lightbulb needs to change in order to satisfy others?

Your head's kinda glowy, dude.  Are you a lightbulb spy?

And one to mention that the OP has nice lungs.

I'm sorry Sir, but that's not relevant to the current topic about Light Bulbs. Please go post to the appropriate thread called "OP Lungs"

Thanks,

Edited to reflect that I do not mean to offend anybody who may feel that the correct terminology is "Lightbulb"

On THIS site, it should also take one to post using the spelling "L/lightbulb" and one to use "L/light B/bulb", and four more to post about how silly that is,  and six more to argue that they should be allowed to spell it however they want, since "MKIOK, YKIOK"

Termyn8or -> RE: How many forum members does it take to change a light bulb? (6/27/2007 9:08:38 PM)

If you are in the union, pargraph 11,374 of subsection C covers that.

Not less than four nor more than 17,861. Four must be journeyman, and the job must be inspected by a master lightbulbician.

Later in the union book it states that all involved are paid a minimum of four hours at their normal rate. There is also a 200 % premium for members who leave their country of residence to get to the jobsite.

So look for the union label, and you'll never have to put up with improper lightbulb installation. Note that union members only use UL, CSA or CE approved lighbulbs, you can't count on it from the other guys.
