Smiled REAL big yesterday when my pet told me that she realized she was loveable. Only took a month of work to get her to believe it, so I'm proud of both myself and her.

Oh, and I'm probably gonna get to visit her in a couple of weeks. Another smile moment ^_^

Watching my kittens check the new larger litter box and playing in it. They are quite perplexed at the see through-ness of plastic.

Just got back from Florida, where I visited a friend I met online. Turned out not to be a match. I'm rather easy-going and I think if she'd been given a cup of coffee she'd have exploded into a million tiny fragments.

But it was a nice visit anyway. Her dog loved me. Kissed me all over. Felt pretty good when the dog licked behind my ears! Finally had to tell the dog, "Listen, I love you too, but we're both boys, so I don't think this will work!"

But what made me smile today was getting back onto CM and finding familiar people that I care about!

My cats, Otis and Daisy made me smile today. They do that a lot. I also had a moment where I was lying out on my deck...patio...whatever the hell it is...in the shade of the apricot tree, listening to the cicadas and the birds, and this coolish breeze passed by, and I smiled. What a life!

Getting asked out the other night by one of the C.O.s at the jail. It just made my day that night, and still makes me smile (talked to him for 2 hours last night after work LOL)

Surprising my Master with things that this girl can do and will do. Yesterday after her daughter left to go to her fathers .. this gilr got naked and when her Master drove up she got on her knees and bent over her ass in the air and her arms crossed in front of her for him to find.

My ever fuzzy and adorable labs are out sunning themselves on the deck. They lay out in the sun until they feel toasty, then come in and curl up on the tile and cool off. Simple minds and simple pleasures, I'm almost envious. I just have to smile when there's freshly sunned dogs laying around my computer chair (I give them about 20 minutes before they're ready to go out again).

I get to spend the sunny afternoon out on the porch instead of cooped up inside my work (and yes, I am outside while on my computer, laptops are wonderful)

I'm pretty convinced that they are puppies forever, they just get a little creaky after a few years.

I'm rather fond of them. If you give them both a bit of your peanut butter toast they'll be your friend forever.

My puppy is a shih tzu. And he's currently sleeping on my foot (yeah, he's still *that* small LOL). It's incredibly cute, but my foot is getting hot ... I think I'm going to have to move him soon. Anyway, he has been part of my smiles again today ... the rest are because Holly loves me (she bought me the puppy) and our boy loves me (he hates little dogs but has been very nice to Ray) and we have a great new potential that I really hope works out. I just wish it were Tuesday already.
