After looking at the link above, I don't see how what you've produced is substantially any different than a typical remote controlled dog training shock device that's been mounted to a locking CBT strap, except that in your case, it's been mounted to a specially made hinged Cock Ring that also can be locked. If that's not the case, and you're offering something different, please explain to me what I've missed.
