The point that I was attempting to make with the comparison is that no other industry sustains a continuous loss of that magnitude without some sort of intervention, typically from the government. ..thing is SubinMaine, these issues are complex. The problem with illegal immigration is not necessarily helped if such people are simply called 'criminal' and treated as such. It seems to me that the only way forward is to address the causes of this issue.....in the meantime human rights have to apply to all equally.

Which is why my company has no cost/reduced cost care for those making less than 200% of the federal poverty level. LOL, LOL, gal, you did get me going, I must say...and the dog is a female on top of that. God, er I mean Goddess; I bit on that one. Okay, the end of story, My friend went into hock, second mortaged to defend himself, and keep his house. His insurance tripled, and the insurance company 'requested' he get rid of the dog or they would not insure him. Court order was pending for the dog to be 'put down'. Well, the dog, one night, disappeared, never to be seen again. It was rumoured that a neighbor, had spirited the dog away, and released her into the California desert. I don't know how true this rumour was; but, I know, everyone around there just thought it was unfair; and incidently, the dog also played with the neighbor's children as well. The Mexican guy, he lost the case, as it could not be proved the dog had viscious intent, and.....being in country, without permit nor green card, did not help his case at all. None the less, the entire incident cost my friend ....PLENTY, and the dog, was going to be put down. Damn, that was good, you got me.

BRAVO, BRAVO; yeah, the best, most advanced helth facilities in the world, should only be reserved for those who - can - PAY. Never you mind, that this Bush war has costs trillions upon trillons of dollars. Funny thing; no matter how much it has wasted our money, when he wants more for his war, (remember it is His war, not Clinton's, nor will it be Hillary's, should she make history) he gets it; but for the common people we get....to pay for it all. American Health Program...don't get sick. And why shouldn't these poor folks seek to get to the US, the richest country in the world, next to Las Vegas, and Arnoldlifornia.
