I am not sure Temperance. The same reason most of the submissives that I am attracted to in the U.S.A. are usually on the West Coast, 3000 miles away.

They are? I can't find them. It seems the only ones I've met recently aren't ones I'm interested in. And the ones that find me only seem to be interested in telling me how "shallow" I am because I know what I'm attracted to and I'm not afraid to say it... <shrug>

They are all hiding. Most of my past partners are NOT in my immediate area, even MJ is about a 3 hrs drive from me, I have had a few semi-local partners, but, for the most part, they live at lesat 3 hours away. Try looking abour a 3 hours drive from you, you may find a few there, or in the mid-west somewhere.
