Where is the division between pain and pleasure for you?
Does it stay the same or change?
Is it different on different parts of your body?
With different partners?
With different implements?

I don't know of anyone who experiences all sensations exactly the same way all the time everywhere on their body.  Bodies aren't built for that- we have different nerves in different concentrations in different places which trigger very specific reactions.  These reactions can be altered by tons of things which change our body chemistry.

For me, it really depends on the time, what kind of mood I'm in, if I'm tired, hungry, or anything else distracting.

I haven't found one thing that is always pleasurable all of the time. I do have favorite impliments, positions, or ambience...but none of them work all of the time. I think that if they did, I would end up stuck in a rut of doing the same thing over and over...maybe not, but I revel in the variance that my body and mind allow.

Where is the division between pain and pleasure for you?
It varies with my mood and objects or body part.  I do like a good amount of pain. The pleasure I receive from pain is a mutual thing for me. I enjoy the pain and then so it gives me pleasure.

Does it stay the same or change?
It changes depending on mood.

Is it different on different parts of your body?
Yes, I can take different amounts of pain on different parts and with different objects.

With different partners?
That has never been a factor with me other than when really aroused I tolerate more pain

With different implements?
Most definitely. I enjoy pain from some objects more than others and there are varying types of pain. Not all pain is pleasurable from different objects.

When I'm in the mood, the difference between "Ow do it again" and "Ow what the hell is wrong with you" becomes:

Whether or not I'm expecting to be hit, like if she says something leading up to hitting me. Bonus points if it's a sexy something, but any warning is nice.

How quick the pain goes away has a lot to do with it. For example, if she hits me in arm with a thin peice of insulated wire, it will stop hurting after a couple seconds, but leave a cool looking welt that I can remember her by. On the contrary, if she hits me in the arm with a metal baseball bat, it's going to be hurting for the next day, and plus, baseball bats are what criminals use to hurt each other, which takes me into my next point...

What she's hitting me with. Is it something cold and violent, like a bat, or something warm and domestic, like a wooden spoon? Did it come from something that was alive at one point, or was it mined and made in a factory somewhere? Who made it? Something my mistress made with her own two hands, or uses often for something nonviolent is much more enticing than a brutal death machine.

Why is she hitting me? Is it because I've done something to make her angry? Is it because she loves me and wants to make me happy and knows that I like when she hits me? Or is it just that she had a bad day at work, and wants to beat up on somebody? Does she have low self esteem? Am I just her way of feeling like she's in control, if only for a couple minutes?

These are big questions, and they all pretty much decide whether I'm having fun with her, or just tolerating it and trying to take solace in the fact that at least one of us is happy.
