1. Standing legs apart, hands folded behind neck
2. Kneeling upright, hands either behind neck, or folded in front
3. Kneeling waiting, butt on feet, hands palm up on knees
4. Kneeling face down, arms spread forward or folded on back,
5. All fours, either as furniture or whatever
6. Down on belly, basically spread eagle
7. Bent over (punishment or inspection)
8. Bent over,  legs spread, hands on ankles

So there, now there is no question to what positions i am talking about, and thank you for all the help that i have received so far.
