For Dommes who train/ keep service submissives, do you have a minnimum number of hours of service you require of a submissive each week?

I have had several interested subs contact Me about service, but I am not personally interested in investing the energy it takes to train someone if the sub is only available to Me once a month, or for one or two hours a week.

What do you think is a reasonable amount of time for a sub who is purely a service sub and is looking to fill that niche in Your life?

My houseboy, in the summer, spend a minimum of three hours each week...not because of a contract or whatever, but because it takes that long to mow the grass and clean the house. he stays longer if I have other things that need to be done, like laundry or something special in the yard (damned weeds in the driveway!). he serve for service' sake, so he's here as long as I need him or until he feels he has to check on his ailing mother and sister. I'm blessed to have him in my life.

I have house help who comes about one day a week and stays as long as I need to get things done.  Interestingly enough, last week I had a very large project (building a room in my basement) and totally to my shock and thrill she came Sunday (which was all I expected), went home that night, came back Monday and made it very clear she planned to stay until the job was done.  She essentially "moved" in for that week and did exactly as promised saw the job until the end. 

I really wouldn't want someone who was not available at least one 8 hour day a week (generally) for me because there is a lot to do here even with my live in slave.  Of course I am always willing to make allowances for life since that does tend to get in our way more often than we may like.

If someone can plead a case that makes sense and still accomplishes what I need done I am willing to entertain the idea.
