(I'd also add most of Kate Bush and Tori Amos to this... but it's just because I find them incredibly erotic to listen to. Their songs and albums aren't actually BDSM themed. But, what the hell, they ARE what I listen to, when pumping myself up for a scene...)

How about the following, they are not only hard heavy and/or dark but the beats just make people want to fuck like animals.

Down with the sickness -- Disturbed (beats alone are hot, play to this song & your sub will love you)
Black No. 1 -- type O Negitive, its hard dark and totaly fuckable, two nipples up from my sub
Pussy Liquor -- Rob Zombie, A total sensory overload, great song to play to.
Freakers Ball -- Dr. Hook & The Medicine show -- just listen, its nothing but bdsm
Bodies -- Drowning pool hard beats for play, great song for just hanging out
American BadAss -- Kid Rock, hard yet sexy, makes me want to flog someone whenever I hear it
Anything by Manson he makes great music to scene to, and is dark as death
