Generalizations are often totally off the mark...but I believe they are entertaining. So: what kind of animal - person are you? Do Dom(mes) prefer dogs? Do switches prefer chameleons? Let us know!

I have always had cats but Hubby hates cats so it's my job to keep them out of his way. We only have 2 cats right now. We used to raise horses but got out of that about 5 years ago so we could travel more, but i still love horses too.

I am most definitely a cat person.

I once saw myself as a crazy cat lady living in the woods with shotguns and a computer... having groceries delivered to the back porch. I'd shove the money through the mail slot and then shove the end of a gun through as well...

I've evolved a bit... but cats still factor in!

My mom's always told me she can picture me growing up to be one of those crazy old women living with tons of cats. Hell, my pet's nickname even has the Japanese word for "cat" in it.

Dogs are too high-maintence for me - you gotta give them exercise and let them outside and stuff. With cats, all they want is attention and a comfortable place to stretch out, even if said place is on your shoulder.

I'm a Spider Person myself. My beloved is just going to have to deal with it. When it comes to dogs I perfer big ones such as Labs and Rottweilers. Begals are the smallast that I will put up with. Ankle Bitters annoy me. Back in my old town I had a bike trail that I pedaled on every day. However, while passing the subburb area a noisey little dox would chase me and bark for atleast 6 blocks before giving up.

I'm a cat convert. I had dogs all my life, I had 4 at the same time for 12 years, but now having been adopted by my boys I don't think I want to get another dog. My cats are affectionate & talkative plus any time I'm sick or upset they come and cuddle with me until I feel better. Wherever I am that's where you'll find them, they even bang on the bathroom door so I can let them in.

I am definately a cat person. Heck, I like to climb trees and grow my nails long. My cats are like the kids I don't have. Attached at the hip, affectionate, and noisy. ;)

I actually want a snake like my friend's seven-foot boa. As long as I keep it fed, the cats should be safe, right?

Cat, definitely.
I even persuaded my husband, who is truly the dog person and never liked cats very much, not only to accept my persian but actually suggest we could buy one more.
He always says me and my cat look very much alike and we have the same personality.

I am a dog person, the lap-dog person actually. However, i just got a kitten and he's so adorable that I may be converted to becoming a feline lover.
