Having white children will save our race?  lmao...sorry just read that.

Well if Moderator Eleven says to chill out....there ya have it.  This is not going to go anywhere or solve anything anyway.  Some people are just hard headed.  They may even be wearing a steel helmet over their hard head too.  So that could be why they can't see anything as well..lol.  Its dark and even a bit lonely in there.

ah sweetheart, do you have any idea how elitist you sound in this last comment? and the comment about classes? mmm yeah, what you're sounding like is you come from a university educated, liberal arts background. how do i know? because i'm going to uni too, i hear it spouted. and i hope to god i never sound like you. very derogatory. at 31, I'd have thought you would have grown out of it by now.

At 31, I haven't "grown out of it", but rather have grown into it. And what's so derogatory about defending your race? Minorities do it all the time. Why do you have to assume that I make my comments out of ill will?

Why is it derogatory for me to be concerned about the future of my race? Martin Luther King was concerned about the future of his race, and no one accuses him of cultural myopia.

From your comments, it's pretty clear to me that you're still suffering the effects of a thorough brainwashing. Have some spine. Cultivate your own views, not the distilled views of others. Why do you assume that my views are immature? And, how are your views so much more mature than mine?

What comment did I make about classes that was so elitist? I merely said that the Powers That Be use issues of race to cloud what's really important: class differences. How exactly does that make me an elitist? I'm not trying to be a smartaleck. I'm genuinely curious. Also, if you misunderstood me, that means I didn't communicate clearly enough. My fault, not yours.

Okay, you don't want to sound like me. Fine. But who do you sound like? Yours is the voice of convention, the words of your cultural masters are full in your mouth.

I think it's funny that everyone up here who's given me a load of crap has done so on the basis of my assuming things. And yet they have no qualms about making assumptions in regards to me.

i love carlos mencia. and my kids have begged the cops not to leave them with me after they have been brought home in a squad car. my adult children do not curse in front of me and dont dare fight or argue with each other when i'm around. i never abused them but they know i will not hesitate to kick their ass or pay someone to do it.

Tupac was a miscreant, a petty artist, and the only real tragedy is that his mother carried him to term.

That's right. I said it. White people marrying each other and having white children is a good thing. Why am I getting so much crap for making this no-brainer of a comment?

And how does making such a comment qualify someone as a hardhead? And you hint that I am blind. I disagree. My eyes have been opened. I see quite well, and with frightening clarity.

This is not even worth replying to.  And it sounds like bait anyway.  I would just ignore it.  But that is just me....am sure someone will reply.

Actually dear, my "wisdom" comes from having been around the world a few times, from raising kids who aren't elitist, who aren't racist, who don't really see "race" when they talk to people. Much like me, their mother.

Perhaps i misinterpreted your class question, because i personally don't see 'class' as an issue. and for someone to bring it up, it seems to be a cue to how they think. there are people who have more money, there are people who have less. there are bad people in both "classes" . who the hell cares what color they are?

I'm not phased by you telling me that my words are conventional, that they are stuffed into me by cultural masters. i've reviewed my opinions, formed them myself, i don't like pap. frankly, i've had young arrogant men at school and in my life try to bully me. you probably honestly don't think you're bullying, but you're certainly coming across as someone who's airboxing in the middle of a circle that's becoming larger and larger.

a very smart move is just to take mod's advice and tone down. there's brownies and pie at coffeehouse, y'all
