You may want to do a search for handfasting. Many seem to enjoy it.

the Handfasting is more along the lines of a Celtic Cerimony than partaining to our Lifestyles.

Handfasting is NOT Celtic. We don't know much about Celtic ceremonies at all. While the reasearch on the Celtic tribe is steadily growing, there are few extant peices, and even fewer reliable texts ('s what you get from a people with no written language until the Romans got there).

Sorry, but this is one of my areas of reasearch, and missinformation here bugs me.

Handfasting is a neo-pagan modification of what are supposed to be pre-christian marriage ceremonies, however I know little about the accuracy of that claim. "Celtic" as we use the term, is an average descriptor for a certain style, (primarially of knottwork, but also of music and some clothing) but when used to refer to cultural behaviors is wholely innacurate.

Sorry for the history rant.
