MissLucifer -> Lil hello from LilGirlLucy (7/3/2007 12:10:05 AM)

Ok... this is actually my second account here on CollarMe, I can't remember what my last one was.

I'm a switch girl who's Gemini and loves pink. I'm currently collared to my Master KimochiTenshi.

Loving the re-entrance into the lifestyle, even though I'm keeping it almost strictly online for now.

Message me if you have any questions. Did you know that time was relative to space?

Hello Miss Lucifer,

Welcome back to Collarme! Hope you have a good time, and better than the last time you were here.

By the way, how is space related to time?

MissLucifer -> RE: Lil hello from LilGirlLucy (7/3/2007 10:36:29 AM)

Space is as we perceive it, and it's relative to movement. Therefore if someone moves at the speed (distance/time) of light, or heaven forbid, faster, then for them time "ticks slower" because to them, everyone else moves at such slow speed that the timescale of the ordinary world applies to them at a way slower rate. I don't know if I make sense, trying to simplify it so much that I probably missed out the important details. I <3 physics too.

Lucy

r u here?

Hey Lucy,

Im newer than you, but welcome anyway.

I know Im arguing against physics here but I slightly disagree on the space/time thing. I do agree that space is relative to how we percieve it, but the same is definately true for time. Space has a universal quality, but it is also subjective in that it is approached from an infinite amount of different angles (all people have a different approach due to experience, size, position, behavior, etc.). Time however is an artificial system created to organize past and future events. The only thing universal about time is the thing which it "organizes," the string of events experienced by all. Still, time is accepted as a universal by the world. Therefore, we could say that time does and does not exist.

Sorry I <3 philosophy.

Ian
