Is this really backlash? Is the person who insulted you even reading it? Do you think they care? What backlash are they suffering? If anything they can just say "Look how upset she got! People only get offended when you hit too close to the truth!".

Personally, I think this kind of backlash only works in real life when people start ignoring those who were once their friends.

Status: offline 		I have heard from quite a few male Doms on this site, and while some are rather nice... most of the e-mail from the male dom variety are either from closeted bottoms (submissive desires not reflected in their profiles, but in their e-mails) or else they assume that a Dominant Woman must be a closet submissive just waiting to be smacked down to reality by her male Dom in shining armor. 

I can relate to the occasional magnified disgust with the arrival of the same e-mail time and time again.  I think the type of e-mail mentioned by the OP are sent by dom males who like to spar... who like the fire that a Dominant Woman can bring (if she chooses to respond) when such an e-mail is received. 

Consider these e-mails a compliment from the males who wish to interact with a Dominant Woman, but who have no clue.  There are lots of female submissives around.... why would they bother writing to us if something about a FemDom wasn't appealing to them.

Status: offline 		Most of the emails I've had have been pretty nice.  The others were so badly written they were practically impossible to understand.  Apparently being a loon comes with bad spelling and zero idea of grammar, too.

As a sub we get the same emails, from probably the same Doms, rude and with deplorable spelling and grammer. Mine may not be any better, but at least I make an effort.

Hmmmm.......If someone interprets my comments as an attack of course I would expect a backlash. In the same manner I expect a backlash to an opinion I voiced and anothe rstrongle disagrees. My balls are where they should be and am adult enought o take my lumps when they happen!
