The thing that catches people's eyes around me tends to be my smile, my outfit or my boys.

When I leave I'd like to leave the impression that they were the most fascinating person to me that night.

Status: offline 		The thing that always catches people's attention is my outfit and/or my makeup. I dress very loud and colorfully and I sort of look like a 4 foot tall Barbie doll stuck in 1966. :/

The impression I like making on people is that I truly enjoy meeting people, and that all the people I engage in conversation with mean something to me. I also like having conversations about the state of the arts in America, and I enjoy leaving people with hope for the future of the arts in our country.

Status: offline 		I tend not to notice people until they say or do something to gain my attention.

Although as someone stated. They dress outrageous. Year's ago I went to a monthly social. There was a Master Tritt there and tritts slave. They used to dress like the beverly hillbillies. Of course for shock value.

Not that it matters, but Master tritt was the cheif pediatrician at a local hospital here. He was essentially getting slaves...people who could not say no. With young daughters..and molesting them.
To my knowledge he is still in prison.

Almost everyone I know eventually comments about one particular part of my body. And most of them say I initially struck them as innocent.

They get past that pretty quickly. -grins-

Status: offline 		Generally people just turn and look. Not everyone, but enough so that I get uncomfortable sometimes. I have been told that it's the way I carry myself. Confident, lil smile....

You perv! Then again, I'm sure I'm not the first to call you that.

I have no problems with eye contact. I notice however how many people do. I tend to look at people in the eyes when I talk to them and it is so much fun to see some of them squirm, especially the guys who think they are all that!

Status: offline 		I don't get noticed. I could be marching through with an assault rifle and full combat gear and people wouldn't even notice I was there. Back during my NROTC days I used to breeze on into spaces get settled and start studying. A few minutes later the duty watch would come by (the same duty watch I'd said "what's up?" to on the way in) and flip out, haveing until that moment been quite convinced he was alone in the building.

I'm not entirely unconvinced I'm the byproduct of some freakish Reagan concieved CIA plotted stealth human project. The few times I used to really stand out were on the dress uniform days, as wearing all white or the SDBs made one stand out a little.

It's only going to get worse now that I've made the switch to Army. I imagine in green I'll just be a oddly squishy and vocal shadow to those around me.

lol.. actually, I get recognized... which makes me smiles, since I only sing locally to our surrounding area. We saw friends recently at magic mountain... and we were all walking...just going on to the next ride, and someone almost 3 hrs. from home, stopped me and asked if it was me... or friend almost fell out laughing, saying omg.. you weren't kidding.... it still makes me smiles... mostly...what an awesome compliment... seriosuly...

More often than not, I have hair extensions braided that fall all the way to my waist. Needless to say, they are a 'head turner' and a great conversation starter! LOL!

you know the non smiling dont mess with me look!!
cause id always go all nervous if people talked to me..i need time to stop the butterflies and then when im ready i relax
sounds weird i know!! but that was the way i learned to cope with being shy and looking back i dont think that was the right way to deal with shyness.
i remember as a kid i used to hang out with my friends and every time i went to a certain friends house his big brother would say quite loudly oh no here comes the living dead!!
and i remember how that used to hurt my feelings and i would often cry.
i remember running out of his house and crying and then he came running after me and said im sorry trevor i didnt mean to hurt your feelings!! its just that you never talk or smile
i told him its because im shy and then he told me to just try and relax and then i went back into his house.
so i guess i kinda grew up confused cause on the one hand i was always quiet and shy and some people didnt seem to like me as i was so i guess thats when i tried to adopt a extrovert personality and i would be really loud and tell stories to get peoples attention.
it made me feel loved but it wasnt the real me.
now i just accept i am a introverted person and there is nothing wrong being that way.

Oh Yes. I'm a perv, and proud of it. Several months ago I went to my first Munch, and it was wonderful, as I said, "Bunch of Pervs, I fit right in."

And two week ends ago I went to a gathering with about 50 friends, and bought a button which reads:
PLEASE!
Tell your boobs to quit staring at my eyes!


Actually if you're looking me in the eye, I'll probably look back. I like nice eyes too. In fact there's not much about women I don't like. Funny about that!
