When I signed my Driver's License, I agreed that if I was pulled over for DUI, that I would submit to a Breath-a-lyzer test or a blood test. If I refuse, my license will be suspended for a term no longer than 6 months. Hmmm, if I have a choice to be disobedient, then it's not really obedience, is it?
