The best advice I can give is for you to get involved in a local BDSM organization. It is as easy as going out to dinner. And you will meet real people who will give you good advice and won't jerk you around. And you just might meet that domme you are looking for!

You are young, and younger people prefer to hang out with folks their own age? Are you in college? If so you might want to check to see if your school has a student BDSM organization - many univesities do. I see you live about 15 miles from NYC and I know Columbia University has such a group: http://www.columbia.edu/cu/cv/

Rutgers University used to have a similar group but I do not know if it still exists.

Of course, it is summer and many student groups will be inactive. So you may care to investigate some non-student (but young adult oriented) groups. They may be as easy to find as simply using google with the appropriate keywords - it works!
