I've got a pair of latex panties with an attached "shooting" dildo which I've never used as it just looks absurd, and a latex dildo that shoots. The dildo that shoots cum is great for humiliation play, but I haven't found any actual benefit to using it when actually inside someone.

Most of the hollow dildoes can be adapted for this with a douche or enema syringe and a bit of plastic tube or aquarium hose. The turkey baster might work too, but may need the shaft shortened (from the bulb end so you keep the tip intact).
