I have kitties! We fetched them from a house in the countryside two days ago now, after we got the news that my adopted dom cat from next door had been given away. (that wasnt a spelling mistake by the way). Theyre brilliant! Two tiny black and white beasties who have spent the days here so far exploring the place, chasing one another and wrestling and playing with anything they find and everything I give them. The only problem I have is that I keep losing them in the place - they can curl up and sleep in the tiniest places out of sight! Cute! E

Those cats are yet another responsibilty they will need you. Rely on you for their care. Good to hear you are giving of yourself to them.

DC - of course you can come and play! I only have dark chocolate in the house though, otherwise youre fighting it out with my UMs. Theyre fast asleep on the settee now - afternoon nap before this evening's performance! E

Aww I would love to have a cat again but Master has said no. I am going to have to work on him some more I think. Have loads of fun with them. hugs

That is so cool that you opened your home to them! Of course, now it is THEIR home....as is everything inside it! Enjoy them! As for them hiding...wait until the day comes that you're frantically looking for one of them, thinking that he escaped and is all lost outside....and then catch something out of the corner of your eye, look, and there sits the little bugger from the top of a cabinet or the fridge watching you lose it, looking under everything, in cabinets, I've even checked the fridge! I swear.....each one of mine have done it to me, and each time they are laughing their little kitty butts off!

Very cool, Lady Ellen. Congrats on the new editions to your home! I know what you mean about them getting everywhere. My Nermal (yep, just like the comic strip in all ways you can think of) has a habit of getting into dresser drawers if they aren't shut completely. This little seven/eight month old kitten has been in charge of the house ever since her arrival as a Christmas present. She is the Domme cat of the house. Can't imagive where she gets that idea from......

I would love to have more than one kitty, but my cat would not allow it, nore would my allergies :( I can barely survive him on my really bad days.. luckily i have allerpet/C which helps with the dander. kathy
