Shameless Bragging - A Smaller Target

Shameless Bragging - A Smaller Target - 7/6/2007 6:24:09 PM

Status: offline 		In January I started working on helping my Lord improve his aim.  My method is to give him a smaller target to hit, so his aim should improve.  Seems like a logical conclusion to me  *eg*

So, I joined a new gym that had opened by work and have been going regularly.  Two months ago, I started lifting weights as well as the cardio work.

Tonight, I discovered that I have lost a total of 7.5 inches on my body.  I am thrilled with the progress and happy that he now has a slightly smaller target!  Of course the downside to all this is that when I start kicking back, he might have to catch his breath before telling me that I "kick like a girl"  LOL

Anyone else have something they want to brag about?

Status: offline 		That's wonderful kyra!  I haven't been going to the gym, but I do work out daily and walk for an hour at lunch, as well as doing some weight training.  I haven't measured, but my pants just about hang on me and I look fantastic in a sleeveless top.

That is awesome!  good for you....keep up the great work.

I do have one tiny lil' question though................can i take video and watch while Knight tells you that you kick like a girl?  <eg>

Okkkkkk...actually.....the three of you are absolutely awesome....it would be great to be in the same room with all of you.

Status: offline 		Congrats kyra thats wonderful news! I have lost a total of 63 lbs so far and I am working out at the gym . I never knew exercise could be so much fun until they put the weight lifting right across from the treadmills/bikes. Now I can work out and watch these big muscled up sweaty hunks work out. Though I do find myself daydreaming about tying them to the bowflex and torturing them with my crop...

Why yes, thanks for asking.  First of all, big congrats to you for the loss of inches.  Great job.  I have a few things I'm currently proud of as well.  (1) I've lost approx. 70 lbs and gone down several sizes in clothing (not sure how many inches lost)
(2) I've been totally clean of my drug addiction for over 5 years now and (3) I am successfully teaching myself about football so I can watch and enjoy(?) the games with Master this fall.  I feel great about all three..........luci

Status: offline 		Well I started a new plan to jump start my metabolism and go to the gym (not as often as I would like),
my clothes do feel better and I have lost 6 lbs to date (started this on Memorial Day).

Looking fwd to dropping another size and a few more lbs., I am setting small realistic goals and acheiving them.

smilezz even though you didn't brag about it I read your profile several days ago so congrats to you too.  I would love to meet you and MrThorns someday; I have always enjoyed reading your thoughts and I hope to add depth to my perspective one day.

Lashra, I have always thought you were drop dead gorgeous...  that red hair and gorgeous skin is just yummy to me!!  I would love to watch you take a crop to some of those guys at my gym  *g*
