I get the sense that you are making this a lot harder on yourself than it needs to be.  Stop psyching yourself out and focusing on how hard and impossible it is, and just start doing it.  Read ANY kinky story and you'll know the structure on which to build.  Just focus the action on worship.  What does worship mean to you?  How would you express that feeling?

I did a semi-foot worship one time.  More like foot service than foot worship, but I think you can use the foot service part as a starting point.  Wash the feet, and pumice them.  Dry off, do lotion and massage, then you'll have to move on to the worship part.  In my opinion, you should start with a foot bath, you know, tenderly caring for the feet, before you approach the worship part.
