PairOfDimes -> RE: Beauty marks no longer pretty (7/8/2007 8:05:13 PM)

Yes, sometimes, if I've laid a stroke awry and spoiled a good pattern. I regret it, but it happens, and it prompts me to improve my accuracy and discipline in the future. Sometimes, too, a pretty set of nicely-placed marks loses definition and turns into a shapeless mess because of the way a person's blood vessels are configured, and that's a little sad, too, but if we play again it can be a fun challenge to set up an attractive pattern on a person who bruises in an odd way. Oh, and yes, sometimes I'm unhappy when marks cause bottoms inconvenience, but that's not so much an aesthetic preference, as a matter of social propriety. Mostly, though, I like cane marks.
