In a healthy person urine tends to be sterile. But if she's getting ill, and is still without symptoms, then you wouldn't know to avoid ingesting it. So, like everything else in life, there are risks. Good point previously made about medication coming through also. And in that vein, if she eats something you're allergic to, such as seafood or nuts, be prepared for an allergic reaction. Also if you have to have drug testing for a job (for example) you could test positive just if she used the drug, even if you didn't. How long do allergins remain in the urine? Anyone know? Drugs can show up for a full month.
