I decided to make me a pizza. I used a combination of nacho cheese and salsa for the sauce, a mixture of mozzerella, pepper jack, and a touch of cheddar for the cheeses, I topped it with jalapeno's, ground beef, and onions and damn it was tasty!

What was your dinner?

mmmmmmmmmmmm, that sounds yummy doo GreyStorm!

Last night we went to GoettaFest in Covington, KY. Goetta is this weird regional thing, kind of like sausage, but it's made with oats and I can't explain it really. We had a goetta burrito and a fudge puppy for dessert... that's a Belgian waffle dipped in chocolate with whipped cream, nuts, and sprinkles.. and believe it or not you could get it with goetta too! Needless to say, I did NOT opt of that!

There was also a German Rennaissance Fest happening at the same time. Really small, not like Bristol or Tuxedo Park, but it's a start I guess. I always wonder how belly dancing fits in with RenFairs lol! But I know that lots of folks who attend don't dress "propoerly" for those things, there's a lot of fantasy dress too. There was one woman there with a flogger attached to her belt, tee hee. I suppose it will get bigger as time goes by. All in all, a pretty fun evening.

One of my VA beaus and I grabbed a quick dinner at Applebee's which he'd never eaten at before.

I had a coke with their chicken fajita wrap and he had a mudslide with their shrimp alfredo bowl.

Then we rushed home to get ready for the Crucible.

A huge hand-breaded pork tenderloin, baked potato, and peach pie.

And tonight we're having grilled chicken and steamed cauliflower w/ cheese ... and probably ice cream for dessert.

Last night I made ravioli and tomato sauce (both homemade not that frozen or canned crap), also with homemade garlic bread, I didn't make the bread myself, I bought I loaf of Italian bread from the local Italian bakery and did the butter and garlic myself though (real garlic). With dinner I drank diet cherry vanilla dr. pepper. After dinner I had rocky road ice cream and some bud light.

Tonight I will be having spinach salad and beef tips with noodles (again, homemade, I can't stand "fake" pasta). I have more of the bread left (it's really yummy).

Sounds yummy siamsa! Tonight it's BBQ chicken, grilled corn on the cob, fresh asparagus, garden salad with a southwestern dressing, cucumber and lime salad, homemade potato salad and homemade key lime pie for dessert.

Please do, the man of the house will be coming home from a long trip tomorrow and I would love to make something like that for him in addition to his favorite meal. Tuna noodle casserole (I know, I know, so simple)

Myself and my Domina went to a going away party
for friends moving to Calif.
It was potluck, so had many different interesting foods.
All surprising scrumptious!
BBQ chicken, Shrimp, different salads, fresh fruit, a very
good different cloe slaw made with red cabbage, etc.
Very yummy! And Great company too!

Had to add the Canolies!
