Wildfleurs -> What do you workout to? (7/11/2007 10:09:24 AM)

Hi Everyone,

I was curious what music people workout to?  I did a search and I know there was a thread about a year ago on it, but I'm always looking for more recent music that has a pretty quick beat - for instance I've fallen in love with a couple of Rhianna tracks that are just really high energy great music to workout to, so I'd love to hear what people have on their CD's/MP3 players/ipods when they work out?

Thanks,
C~

P.S. On mine is:
“Don't Stop the Music”-Rihanna
“Breakin' Dishes” - Rihanna
“Show me What you got” - Jay-Z
“Make It Clap” - Busta Rhymes
“Ain't No Other Man” - Christina Aguilera
“Like This” - Kelly Rowland (Feat. Eve)
“Angel” - Pharell
“Lose Control” - Missy Elliot (Feat. Ciara & Fat Man Scoop)
“We Run This” - Missy Elliott (Produced - Rhemario "Rio Beats" Webber)
“Maneater” - Nelly Furtado
“London Bridge” - Fergie
“Déjà vu” - Beyoncé (Feat. Jay-Z)
