I reveled in having long hair when I was younger (down to knees and thick)..so yes having long hair is great...until of course..when you inadvertently get it stuck in some mans zipper on a dance floor who is not your date for the evening..[8D]..Tempting

My hair has been long for almost 20 years now. Once every two years or so I cut it back up to waist length. I tried the Locks of Love donation, but was told because I have silver in it they would not take it...sigh. So, any real cuts go in the trash. I do trim every four months to keep the ends nice and neat.

I just can't wait for my hair to be long enough to wrap it around my slaves neck. Now, the thought of flogging someone with my hair is very intriguing and I seriously believe it will be my next goal.

I too have long hair - down to my hips and I love/hate it. lol At times it is wonderful to have so much hair to be able to style and play with. At other times, especially during the summer months when the heat and humidity are wicked, I just want to get rid of it. The last time it was cut, 15" were chopped off, and then I decided that wasn't enough and had another 5" lopped off so it was collarbone length. The stylist kept stopping and asking me, are you sure? Even her boss stopped her and told me it wasn't to late to stop. lol I love to have my hair pulled, grabbed and to be led around by it! To have someone grasp it tightly, to hold me firmly by their hand(s) and control me so completely using my own hair, oh my ... <<sigh>>. As for having it caught somewhere, man can I relate. I have had my hair caught on/in door knobs, windows, doors, clothing, umbrellas, etc. In high school the guy who sat behind me in creative writing got used to having to unwind my hair from around the bolts on the back of the chair at the end of class. lol I do find though that most women will comment and ask about my long hair, but most men and children, will touch first and then comment. [:)]

my hair is down to me bum, and although i like it and all the "scene" applications it can be used in, i think i've let it grow this long as a sort of security blanket.....you see, since i restarted chemotherapy almost a year ago, my hair has thinned out by about half (good thing it was hella thick to begin with) it makes me nervous to see the brushes full of hair pulled out, so i think i keep it long to sort of calm me about that.....it could thin ALOT more and you wouldn't be able to tell since it's so long. i also struggle though in what to DO with it, now that it's this long. so few options. but i think i'll keep it....or only cut it a few inches...?

First of all, I'm shocked at Myself that there was a thread about hair and I missed it for two days. I must be slipping! [:D] If there is such a thing as a hair fetish, I'm at the top of the list. I love long hair for securing to bedposts or rings on the wall. I also love pulling and doing intricate braids with hair. I love cutting hair most of all, as it can be the most stimulating submission for some. Wooooohooooo! Yesterday I went and got 10" cut off (no that is not in cyber inches either). [sm=hair.gif] It feels totally weird when I go to brush it & it suddenly ends at my shoulders lol. Yayyyy & it is still long enough ta grab onto! Donated it all to LocksForLove so hopefully someone will be walking around in my hair someday [sm=preen.gif] . edit: dangit yerdaddy, I wish I had seen your post yesterday morning. It's a good cut but she wasn't pleasant lol.

I love my hair. My hair is my hobby, it is babied and treated like fine silk. My hair is very intertwined with my sexuality, I like having it touched. And like others having it pulled or brush is a guaranteed way to make me melt. I wish it was less baby fine and maybe had more wave, but I am a long hair girl and have no plans of cutting it ever. It is well cared for but still thinning at ends I prefer to see them as fairy tale ends than scraggly. I do hate to see poorly treated long hair though.

Hello everyone. Consider this my introduction, as I stopped being a lurker specifically after seeing this thread [:)] I've always had a weakness for long hair, which doesn't necessarily mean 'the longer the better', but if it's thick and full, it's just awesome. A past girlfriend had never cut her hair (freaky parents), and it was beautifully thick. The best thing about hair that long (beneath her butt), for me at least, was seeing the way it hung as she walked around outside, blowing around, bouncing mightily with each step before crashing into her like waves. I myself have had long hair for 5 or so years now (4-5 inches past the shoulder usually), after having it short my entire life, and I'll probably keep it until I begin to lose it. It's fun to see the different reactions you get, from the friendly smiles of people who are reminded of another time to the outright three minute long stares of toddlers. I look a bit unusual, and I like it. When I had short hair it was way too easy for me to blend in and not meet new people. Now I meet all sorts of people who feel that they can come up to me and strike up a conversation, for whatever reason. I'm not quite sure why that is, but I welcome it. Somewhere along the way I picked up that kind of self-confidence, though I won't say it's because of hair. I do, however, get called ma'am on occasion lol.

I have long red hair and I get tons of compliments on it. It is straight, thick, shiny and healthy. I am a natural redhead so I would never cut it short. I love having my hair pulled, wrapped around the wrist of someone and tugged forward, lead me with it like a leash of hair.... I love hair, I think it is sensual and beautiful, but only on my head!!!

I have dontated twice to Locks of Love. The last time (about 2 weeks ago) she took off a bit more than I wanted her too. It is still shoulder lenth, and it is shorter now than it has been in 10+ years. I am fortunate that my hair grows FAST, between 1/2 and 3/4 inch per month. So I am guessing around Christmas of next year I will be donating to Locks of Love for the third time. I wish I had started doing that sooner, I probably could have donated about 6 times by now and still had hair at least as long as it is now.

As I said at the beginning of my post,I used to have long hair,waist length,dark brown curly wavy stuff,which took years to grow as my hair grows slowly.I cut it to a number four for someone else who wanted me to be something else,not myself.One can only be oneself and we have to be true to ourselves so I am growing again.This time,with advice from the ladies on how to keep it under control and more importantly healthy and presentable.

Long dark hair to my ass its very thick, straight and purple at the moment, altho I need to touch up the grey roots (where did THEY come from!). The summertime gives me hell tho as its up during the day and braided at night so it makes my scalp most uncomfortable when its hot n humid. As for care of it, I wash it twice a week, I use head and shoulders for the scalp and first three or four inches,, and fructis for the rest. I use the fructis conditioner cos I love the way it makes it feel and smell. I never use a hair dryer on it unless im going out, and use scrunchies or fabric covered elastic. It badly needs cutting right now and have an appointment for thursday, gonna donate 12 inches to LOL, and Im thinking about getting bangs(fringe) this time. I love having my hair brushed, stroked, pulled, I use it to bind/flog/caress too Happy and hairy Lucy
