I haven't done it but it is one of the things at the top of my to-do list. I've been reading about it but most of what I have read is how to get the fist in, not what to do once it is in. I can't imagine there is a lot of room to do much of anything so I would like to hear techniques that people use once their fist is in, not how to get the fist in (I've read enough about that.) I'm thinking a slight thrusting motion would be in order. I would also thinkg rotating the fist would work. What about orientation of the fist? Palm side down? Up? To the side? With the palm to the side and the woman on her back I can imagine that the knuckles of the thumb would be pressing against her g-spot. Anyways if you feel like chiming in, I'd like to hear your comments about what your technique is, or technique you like, once the fist is in.

I'd say get it in and see what you can do. If you can rotate, by all means, enjoy.

In "A Hand in The Bush" a book by and for lesbians about fisting, the orientation is palm up, fingers closed and one sort of wiggles the fingers up against the G spot. Short clean fingernails are a good idea as well.

Try different things, taking auditory cues in the process. "ouch" is usually a good sign Y/you should do things different. "ohhh" is usually a good sign Y/you're on the right track. Until she's stretched to the point where she can accomodate a fist easily, Y/you'll want to figure out where your hand is widest when bunched up (and thumb tucked under)... across the knuckles or from top to bottom. That will help determine the initial way it should be facing (hand horizontal or vertical) when attempting initial insertion. External (clitoral, nipples) stimulation will help a lot toward relaxing her muscles, also.

As already has been mentioned "A hand in the bush" is an excellent. Deborah Addington can also be found making presentations in accordance with this book. From a lil boi's experience... If a woman hasn't been fisted in a while or hasn't been fistied in a long time just using pressure can be just fine. Momevent isn't always needed. And yeah those verbal cues are terribly important. some women like hard hard sex. And slight tearing isn't a problem for them...othe women just don't. And even a slightly "weird" feeling freaks them out and makes them not want to fuck anymore. Have an "experimental night" and talk and just have fun. A lot of women and men forget to just say hey I really like that or I really liked that...even if after the act. So ask the questions too. Good luck and have fun!

Fisting a woman or man...go from the ~duckbill~ thumb tucked into wrapped fingers, to a fist. Sometimes just that is enough. If it isn't, slow thrusting. Or imagine a ball in your fist slowly expanding and expand your hand with it, then contract, like a beating heart. Spread your hand like you are trying to make it go flat, then clench it. Rock your fist up and down (the ASL sign for yes) like a nodding head. Tuck your thumb in to make a ridge, then rock your fist from side to side, rubbing the ridge along the inner vaginal wall. Rubbing that thumb on the G spot is even better. (for me). Combine that with slow thrusting in and out. MMMMMMMMmmmmm. Turn your hand face up and make ~come hither~ movements with your fingertips in a slow wave, like you are tickling someone. Thanks for the responses. I've enjoyed reading them. One thing I forgot to mention/ask is that I've read in the past it is easier to fist once a woman has already had an orgasm. Can anyone confirm that? That should about do it.

it tends to be easier because a woman is already lubricated well and very relaxed. Yes if you small hands and enough experience yo can definately just start out firsting. Having been on both ends of the fisting spectrum I really enjoy the stretch ;)

Fisting is a major part of my sex life, as it's the easiest way for me to achieve orgasm. Fisting alone doesn't usually do it, but fisting plus clitoral stimulation will do the trick. My personal preference is for rotation (leave fist in place, rotate at the elbow), pumping (in and out without removing the fist!), and a quick up-and-down motion kind of like you are saying "yes" in sign language.

One can have a lot of fun with fisting! When exercised with care, once you have inserted said fist, take the recipient for a walk. once this has been perfected (it can be a bit awkward at first), then try a walk up stairs, with a little nudge of the fist on each step(grin). Mike
