Oh yes. . . a long, long time!

Link to the newspaper story about this death?  Otherwise I'm not believing a word of it.

My ex-wife killed Me several times.  Successfully, I might add.

Of course, I don't expect any sympathy from someone who lacks compassion.

KatyLied -> RE: the darkest side (7/13/2007 9:52:33 AM)

What?  You think I lack compassion because I don't believe on-line nonsense?

RosaB -> RE: the darkest side (7/13/2007 10:11:43 AM)

I live in Fl and I've heard a few gone bad stories in the past year.  The one mentioned sounds similar to past instances.  I tell ya, bodies get mutilated and or buried, frequenly out here it seems.  here's a link to one of the more recent stories that doesn't shine a good light on bdsm, they include a copy of the contract and all on the original page that you can link to on the site..

No... not because you don't believe on-line nonsense... because you don't believe My ex-wife killed Me several times.  I am living proof of My death.

Hey, I'm not gonna argue with a dude named Lewcifer!   [:D]

You folks asking for proof are no fun at all. Life is far more interesting if you just blindly accept whatever someone tells on the interenet because it allows you to marvel at the wonderous and occasionally odd or even scary things gong on in their livess. So try to put your skepticism aside for a bit so you can enjoy the OP's tale of woe, and then dive into this because it's a doozey:

The best thread on collarme EVER!

That thread is the closest thing to the effect of a Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster* the planet Earth has ever produced.

That's right, dammit!

PS - Make sure you attend church this Sunday... the lord is always there for His faithful.

You know, I don't think the veracity of the story has much to do with the OP's point...which was to be careful and responsible when we play.

If they were life partners why did one have a home in FL and one in NY? Or were they no longer life partners?

If it is true i am very sorry to hear that.

I appreciate your apprehension in believing such a story, but I saw my friend tonight after he returned from Florida where he had to identify the body yesterday and he's a mess...he's completely in shock!  Even though he's a seasoned New Yorker who's seen it all, these things always happen to other people, right?

I thought it was the friend's "EMPLOYER"'s life partner of 20 years who was killed.  Why is your friend identifying the body?  Was the employer too distraught?  Dazed and confused here.  Hmmmm maybe the employer is a friend too....anyway I get it: BE CAREFUL and if you have a life partner don't go letting some stranger tie you up to a wall.  Let your employer do it.

That's an interesting story, especially given the fact that the woman is labeled 'mentally disabled' because of depression and borderline personality disorder. BP is a frequently wrong diagnosis, especially at age 19, covering for traumatic dissociative disorders like DID/MPD.  While the man in the story is obviously up to no good, it's entirely possible that a more well-intentioned dom could have had the same experience with this woman, as her interpretation of events could be quite different depending on what aspect of personality is active.
BTW, I'm pretty sure I've seen people on this site acknowledge BP diagnoses before- and I'm pretty confident that none of them would characterize themselves as 'mentally disabled' or think it was an impediment to BDSM.  Which is not to say they would be right.  Just something to ponder.

Well, i can speak from, experience, although thankfully i'm not dead! My estranged husband / Master made an attempt on my life after W/we split, nearly killing my chldren and myself in the process, in a very well thought out plan of attack. I met Him online and He was a charmer until the day we married, when His whole demeanour changed ( a classic excuse, but true) . Judge me if Y/you will but i am just happy to be alive .

For the disbelievers here is the link to the news article!

Thank you for the article, i have heard stories of how people met online and when they got married, his/her demeanor changed dramatically.
