It isn't often, but it's times like that I wish I was a chick. I'd go out with my girlfriends and wear those cameltoe pants, only I would glue thumbtacks or better... fish hooks on the ass, the quads, and the hamstrings. Thus any surprise grope or grind win the prize. Titties and sadism... endless entertainment to be had for pennies on the dollar.

Everyone's assuming that he touched me in a sexual manner. He didn't. He grabbed my arm. If it had been Dan or Dennis sitting there, he most likely would have done the same thing to them. I just didn't like someone I didn't know touch me. Dan didn't get concerned until he saw that I became uncomfortable. I can relate to the touching of the pregnant belly. I absolutely hated that too. There were only about ten people that I new that I felt comfortable touching me when I was pregnant.

I never got all bent out of shape over the pregnant belly touching thing...mostly it was sweet old ladies anyway, and they were more or less motherly about the whole thing. Besides, when I wasn't sick as a dog, I was really happy about being pregnant and I'm sure my happy demeanor drew people in, too. As for a drunk in a bar...I wouldn't be happy about the touching, but I'd be the one distancing myself from where he was instead makig a big scene or hoping my date woud give him the ole' 1-2 knockout punch. Of course, this is part of the reason I don't frequent bars. I never found hanging out in a place with lots of drunk people to be all that fun anyway. I do understand that many people are very sensitive about being touched in any way though, and being a very "touchy-feely, huggy" sort of girl myself, I often have to restrain from doing so with people I don't know well. Everyone is entitled to have their space respected.

You know what they say about assumptions, but in this case the assumption seems valid although untrue due to your use of language. You mentioned that you were "touched" and that the person should keep his hands to himself, and that he was lucky he removed them from your body. The way it was worded all seems to suggest the assumption. Saying you were grabbed and that he was lucky he let you go would have suggested what you were trying to say.

Hi Aileen, I hate that kind of situation! A knee to the crotch is good if they are grabbing your ass. Dumping their drink over their head is good if they are leering into your face and a good left hook works just fine with arm grabs!

ok- if i want a hug- ill gesture and ask. if the person and i have a good repore i may pat the back/shoulder- a sports gesture- brief and light. the skin IS AN ORGAN- we NEED touch, among the public- or aquaitances- i would never touch a pregnant belly- UNLESS I ASKED. I wish I could find a massage partner. nothing sexual. As westerners- we lost HUMANess. the body is a temple. nevertheless- the OP has ever right to NOT be touched! HUGS to all.
