Status: offline 		I sometimes wish just once i could step into Masters shoes and see me through his eyes.  Now i am not being concited but i am pretty not a supermodel but pretty.  Master says i am beautiful he says because i am beautiful inside, and that shines out of me and takes me beyond pretty into beautiful.  It could also be he sees me through the eyes of love.  It does not really bother me if he thinks i am beautiful is all that matters.

Do any other subs/slaves wish they coudl see themselves through their Master's eyes?

Status: offline 		It's funny--I think I'm pretty beautiful at times, but any times I start wondering what I man is thinking I look like, it triggers insecurities--I start thinking of my individual body flaws, rather than me as a living, loving being.

the path this slave is on allows her to see through Master's eyes back to His slave often...it has come about through the loss of a sense of self.  the image of this slave that Master has is a construct of His own mind, not definitive reality.  to accept that image and respond to it with confidence required letting go of self, burying it somewhere out there in the desert and becoming His slave.

i so wish i could do that. Oddly there was a time early on with my Master/Daddy that i could almost see myself through his eyes but now i have such a difficult time seeing what it is he sees at all

i totally wish he could see himself as i see him, but he doesn't need me to vailidate him in the same way so he might not actually look if he could.

Edited to add: Sometimes when he snuggles and kisses me in the mornings and gets me giggling i can FEEL who it is that i was able to see before. Not sure if that makes sense...

Status: offline 		I am curious what he sees when I am being my most submissive, under his complete control.  I wonder if that is something that he finds beautiful, what it is that runs through him as I wince in pain.
 
My Master says I am beautiful all of the time, I know I am not a model either, but not horrid to look at.  I have thought about what he thinks when he looks across the table at me, or down at me as I am there on my knees, or when my hair is in his hand as he pulls my head back.
 
I know that in my eyes he is a beautiful human being, smart, strong, and the most caring man I have known in my life.  I just hope somehow he can see all of that reflecting back at him as he gazes into my eyes.

I have my own opinion about myself, and know that when he is pleased with me he will let me know, as well as when he is displeased with me. I know he thinks I am worthwhile, I know he likes many of my attributes, and I don't question anything further. He doesn't give me displaced compliments nor does he hand out unearned lecture. Knowing the nth degree of his feelings for me is not something I sweat.

Definitely.  It's human nature to desire to see ourselves as others see us.  Everyone has a unique perspective, about themselves and others, and it is natural to want to figure it out, especially from the point of view of a loved one.  It's what psychology itself is all about, trying to get into someone else's head.

Status: offline 		Angel has asked me many times what I see in him, since he cant see it. I wish he could, I see things in him that everyone else has told him didnt exist.  He is wonderful, but he doesnt know it.

However, I do know how I look in his eyes. He tells me when he isnt trying.

i just look into His eyes and see He speaks the truth as He sees it.

Totally off topic, I have to tell Yyou that I think the profile picture is one of the most beautiful I've seen on CM.  Erotic, nurturing, the contrast of your pale skin to His darker skin, very "Edenic" (My word and no one look it up coz you won't find it) and a whole of other things.  Lovely!

I can only speak for Myself....yes I do.  dream had sent Me literally hundreds of pictures of himself, everytime he travels he sends Me pics.  I think he's freaking gorgeous and My friends agree.  I on the other hand never sent him one, yep not one.  This weekend I finally puckered up the courage (yes Dominants have fears too) and took a nude shot and sent it to him then walked away from the computer.  The pings drove Me crazy I was sure he was asking what mutant strain did I come from.  he finally got tired of IMing and called Me.  he said I was HAWT!!! and he wanted to know why in God's name I was wasting time with him.  Okay he went on for about 15 minutes about the tits that I detest but dang gosh the man thinks other women would pay for Mine.  Long story short, sometimes Wwe are too critical of Oourselves and those who love Uus see Uus best of all.  (if the uppercase/lowercase thing drives you crazy blame years of Yahoo chat.  I was brainwashed.)

Status: offline 		I dont feel attractive physically when it comes to my Master and it's a new feeling as any past relationships i've had the people i've been with have had no problems telling how pretty I was or what they loved about me. So I worry a lot about what Master thinks about me, and the stuff he does say when I bring this to his attention does not make me feel any better. I have seen him write other females and tell them that there cute and such, but he have never said it to me. So yes lol I would love to see myself through my Master eyes even if ony for 10 minutes.

I so agree.  It would be a powerful experience, I think, because we would feel emotions and think things we never experienced before, we never thot possible.
This experience would allow the relationship to move forward with solid insight, or possbily fall apart or at best, keeping the faith as trust and respect grows with openness.
