So please dont accuse me of being a running dog Democrat with party loyalty trumping my common sense.

     Huh???

Glad you agree that not alienating voters such as myself is more important for the Democrats than trying to win votes such as yours.

I dont recall making any statements to the effect that I care one way or the other who you vote for or if you even vote.  I dont really care.

I find your support of the Iraq blunder to be mind-boggling, and your attempts to support your position simply dig the hole ever deeper.

Just more twisting of words to hide from the ideas...

What boggles the mind on my end is your constant willingness to put your hate above your intellect and play stupid for three pages before admiting it was merely a ploy to "shout me down."

You are correct, TheHeretic.

I am not nearly intelligent enough to be capable of understanding how important it was to invade Iraq to obtain all those WMDs that Saddam had hidden away, to protect the people of Iraq from terrorism, to get Al Qaeda, or to know that if the United States needs more money to support the millions of dollars a day we spend there, we can always print more.

I will say that I do not hate anybody.  I tend to speak my mind and opinions about certain people.  It is not hatred to point out and be critical of a man who continually does stupid things, has bankrupted numerous companies with his incompetence, is doing his best to bankrupt the United States, and continuously lies to people.

I do not expect you to understand the distinction, so enjoy your evening.

I never thought the decision to invade was made because we had a reason, Sinergy, only because there was an excuse and a fuckload of political capital to spend.

We are there, and Iraq is only a piece of the big, bloody stage.  A defeat, a retreat, the consequences would be very bad.  Staying seems the best of a bunch of bad options (at least until we find the right colonel )
