Funny you should ask. We just had a lengthy discussion about this and the conclusion was; no, there are no women in Delaware that like crossdressers.

Considering there are only nine dominant women between the age of 21 and 84 who live in Delaware and have visited Collarme in the past month, I would say that you might consider crossing the state line.
