I agree with LuckyAlbatross in regards to the disclosing professional status would lead to being held to some higher accountability or "higher standard" but with a subject such as Aids (as far as the rules about the post removal I don't know)there are a lot of myths. Myths usually dwell and thrive around such topics because of the fear factor. Fear of reasearching, fear of knowing, fear and denial that it would ever effect a person they know or themselves(to some). People online might and/or can also argue (anywhere online, not just here)any moot point just for the sake of it, even with a professional about Aids- again because of myths or what they believe are to be fact. I don't know what though the removal you speak of has to do with cliques though. Cliques are mostly made up of 'familiars' and merely feel some safety in the group. Cliques are not always a negative. I have yet to see any clique (here) that would not defend your words (if accurate) on the subject of Aids, professional or non-professional. I am not sure but I believe you are accusing the wrong people for the missing post, it might just be moved by a moderator?
