July 19 (Bloomberg) -- A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit accusing Vice President Dick Cheney, White House political adviser Karl Rove and former Cheney aide I. Lewis Libby of illegally conspiring to reveal the identity of a CIA agent.

I'm sure they will pursue other avenues. I read that her attorneys are reading the decision....I wonder if the case can be taken any further?

In ancient times, a case like that would require original jurisdiction in the SCOTUS. This might have been a procedural hurdle and nothing more. This shit gets positively arcane because the president and his people are very nearly immune from any real legal attacks.
