I race thru the browse photos every so often and some of the already online and I am seeing more and more Dominant females that in amongst their photogs are in the position of obesiance, which I (personally) would associate with slave.

Anyone else notice this?  Am I the only one? (LOL)

No I don't look at Dominants of either gender so I haven't seen them. I guess they feel that since they are dominant they can assume whatever position that they wish.

Im guessing they think the pictures look good. If they look good, they put them up. No matter what the pose is. Ive had several Dominant males tell me that the poses in my pictures tell them I am truly submissive at heart.  I tell them no, they pictures onmy profile tell you I know I look good. Tis a matter of opinion.

I have seen some.Its Their perogitive to pose whichever way they want.
I dont think that makes Them less of a Dom/me.

I personally dont normally pose that way,however I am sure there is
at least one or two that were taken for Punks eyes only.

I'm curious as to what you would consider a position of obesiance?  Could you describe those positions?

Some dominants whose play style is based on sexual power and allure assume positions that are intended to enchant, charm, bedazzle and blind a hapless male, luring him into her power.  That's certainly not every dominant woman's style, but it is for some.  They are essentially teasing and saying "Look at what you cannot have".  One of the ways to have fun in this particular style of D/s play is for the male to be locked in chastity.

I'm not hugely impressed with sexual allure as the basis for dominance, since it doesn't seem to have much to do with responsible leadership and real-world power, control and competence.  But it's just one way to play among many, and some folks enjoy it.

No idea why that would be in a domme's profile, but it's possible she's a switch or she's just being what she thinks of as "sexy" to lure men in to dominate.  Also possible it's a Nigerian scammer using random girlpics without having a clue what "dominant" or "submissive" actually means.  I've definitely run into that before, and it's hilarious.  As I recall it's okay to post profile links on the forums, so might you?

Just my bitchy guess but you see them in those poses because they are not dominants but models posing as the photographer or director dictates.

Perhaps those photos are the profiles of scammers. They have no idea what either side is about and they list Domme but show sub. meh..no idea otherwise. You've already perved mine a time or two but I miss you. LOL

I've got one of me kneeling on the floor...but I did it because I think the formal dress looks like a black pool around me and I liked the effect. I could be sitting on the floor (but I'm honest). The effect was better with a little height.

Alright, I know I am opeing the door to trouble but how do you perve somone?  Is that some online or lifestyle phrase?  And I have looked at a few profiles and don't recall any such pictures.  Does not make a lick of sense.
