I know alot of people take pride in making their own toys and equipment...but for those of us who'd rather let someone else do the work here is a new site I like http://www.leatheretc.com

My purchase was in the mail the next day and for the price - I'm very happy.

Leather etc. is a good company whose quality is in the lower to mid range of quality. Their clothing is much lower quality than their restraints. They offer an awesome range of colors and types of clothing. Check on their wholesale requirements. The prices are much much cheaper.
