A true anything is in the eyes of the beholder. Can anyone say what someone is for another? No. Unless and only it is a Master saying that to His sub (or Mistress to hers)....what is defined by the two involved or more if a poly dynamic is defined by those involved in it. I could probably spout endlessly about this but that is as clear and succinct as I can be at 5 amish.

A true submissive can have her hands bound to a spreader bar, pour coffee, stir in the sugar and cream, get the typed sheet of paper out of the typewriter, shut a file drawer, and carry the coffee to her boss who happens to be an attorney without a flaw in the world.

Oh wait...that's a character in a movie and the actress herself, from all accounts, isn't even submissive herself.

Ok...so much for "true."

I tried kneeling, it hurt my knees. He doesn't much like his sub wincing in pain so I get to sit.

lmao,  I don't mind kneeling, but if I go too long, I'm needing the paramedics to get up also.  I feel as young as I did when I was 21, but I definately feel my age (47) in my joints.  Luckily, Mistress doesn't require me to kneel like I'm at mass.

Status: offline 		Im with the rest of you....If I was to kneel for two hours a day, Id be stuck there...I may only be 27 but Ive had surgery on my knees for a sports injury....And if that makes me less of a submissive, screw it...maybe that means Im a Domme...hey..you can get paid for that!..lmao..

Status: offline 		The is no such thing as a universally true submissive. There is such a thing as desired protocol. Most households I know vary in their 'home' or 'casual' protocol. Most of them, however, have this as part of their formal protocol. The slave being nakid is usually included in the formal as well.
