i find it entertaining to read cars as i go through the parking lot at "alternative" events- BDSM, Renfests, Rocky Horror, etc. They always have the best bumper stickers- science-fiction/fantasy "in" jokes, political humor from every end of the spectrum, sometimes items that aren't explicitly lifestyle, but close enough to be a hint- "The Beatings Shall Continue Until Morale Improves", "All Men Are Animals, Some Just Make Better Pets", "Don't Stare At My Piercings Unless You Plan To Lick Them", etc.

So, with that said... anyone here choose to share their point of view through their vehicle (car, motorcycle, bicycle, Segway, etc)? Got anything entertaining? Anybody STILL have their 2004 election stickers up?

Only if it's a wet t-shirt and your shakin' your booty.

As for me, I don't (yet) have a car, and I'm not much for putting stickers on it anyway. But I would like to have a rainbow decal... I just need the care and some creativity.

The only decal is from my son's college (on my rear window).  He insisted that I needed to represent for him, since he's halfway across the state.
No bumper stickers though.  Never.

I do find bumper stickers amusing to read, as long as they are on someone else's car.

Not yet, I want to get some custom airbrushing done on the Electraglide, and I want the BDSM circle painted in.

My previous car (RIP little convertible *sniff*) had license plates that read QueenB and a plate holder that said....

It's good to be the Queen.

No offense Dave.... but like my stuff clean neat and kept totally stock.

But I will tell ya that while driving home tonight, I saw two dudes with dreadlocks in a Volkswagen Vanagon--- with a bumper sticker on the back that said '' DIE YUPPIE! ''
I almost lost it after that.lol

Oh, come on... i know you complain about never having any money, but a hundred watt light bulb is 75 freakin' cents

i actually don't have much on my own vehicles either... just a skull and crossed wrenches sticker, and a "CAT" version of the Christian fish emblem on my truck, and a Deal's Gap dragon on my SV... i've been thinking about getting one of the thin line style leather pride stickers to go on the frame rail of the bike, tho.

My wife's car has two faeries and at least 5 penguins in/on it, 'cuz that's just how she rolls

Will it increase the value or benefit me in any way?  Answer that and you have your answer.
I do have a magnetic sign that goes on the door when I am traveling to promote my business.
Around town here I don't use it.  Only because they tend to disappear.
Bumper stickers, no and never would mark the car for just a statement that I may change my views on before I could get the sticky off anyway.

Wow, eyes on the prize!  i had to look twice to make sure you weren't actually a Domme
i consider my own amusement to be a benefit... painting flames on my riding mower is on my "to do" list.
Maybe i'll move it up a few points.

I have always been a sucker for what I think are great, thought-provoking bumperstickers.  I love to watch people's reactions to them in the rearview mirror.  Mine usually bring either smiles or glares of hatred.  I rotate them rather regularly but here are some that are either currently on the back of the car or have been in recent months:
*"War Is A Weapon of Mass Destruction" - with a picture of flag-draped coffins
*"Be Nice To America Or We'll Bring Democracy To Your Country"
*"When Are We Going To Send These War Criminals To Guantanamo?" - with a photo of Rumsfeld, Cheney, and Bush in prison orange jumpsuits in front of razor wire
*"When Facism Comes To America, It Will Be Wrapped In The Flag And Carrying A Cross" - Sinclair Lewis quote
*"Loving Your Enemy Implies Not Killing Them"
*"When The President Does It, That Means It's Not Illegal" - Richard Nixon quote
*"Capital Punishment: Those Without The Capital Get The Punishment"
*"Regime Change Begins At Home"
*"We Cannot Defend Freedom Abroad By Deserting It At Home" - Edward R. Murrow

These are just a few I can think of that I have on now or have had within the last year.  People either love 'em or hate 'em.  I've had people pass me on the highway and wave, smile, and flash the peace sign and I've had people flip me off.  Funny how people react to a few words on a bumper.................luci

I just had to remove a bumpersticker or two when I got a new (conservative) job.  Somehow I just didn't think it was a good idea to be seeing clients with a sticker proclaiming, 'I Support Dancers' followed by the named of a local 'gentlemen's club'--a girlfriend of mine who's a dancer had adorned my car with it.

I have a stuffed Taz on the front of my car...it's an '86 station wagon with the wood paneling...yup, I've got a Gramma car...on the back I've got an ichthys and a sticker that says "I enjoy poetry, long walks on the beach, and poking dead things with a stick".
