Is there a place to post technical questions, ideas, and that sort of thing? or a place to ask questions. i don't see a support email address or form or anything...

Yes dear. there is a tech support feature at the bottom of the boards.
It is called the TEST FORUM.
Also you can ask questions from the members in the OFF TOPIC DISCUSSIONS,
we have many members that are very tech savvy.

CelticPrince, how am i supposed to do that? one of the issues is that i can't find a way to contact anybody. Maybe its just my lack of observation, but I couldnt see it.
